Once an order is delivered, return requests will not be accepted

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed
As products are processed immediately after order confirmation, cancellation requests are not entertained
Although we do not accept returns, if you receive:
A damaged product, or
A wrong product due to our error
Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof.

Opened or used products are not eligible for any claim
Complaints reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable
