Gurufoods is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
All products sold on Gurufoods are non-returnable and non-cancellable due to the nature of food items.

Exception:
In rare cases of damaged or incorrect products delivered due to our error, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof. Resolution will be provided at Gurufoods’ discretion.
