Ingredients

Sugar, Mixed Fruit Powder, Milk Solids, Falooda Sev, Basil Seeds (Sabja), Thickening Agents and Flavouring Substances.

If the formulation uses mixed-fruit flavouring rather than actual fruit powders, do not declare “Mixed Fruit Powder” unless it is actually present.

Similarly, Milk Solids, Falooda Sev, Basil Seeds and Thickening Agents should only be declared when they are part of the actual formulation.

How to Prepare – For 1 Serving

1. Take 25–30 g of Mixed Fruit Falooda Premix.
2. Add it to 200 ml milk.
3. Mix well and boil on low flame for 3–5 minutes, stirring continuously.
4. Remove from heat and allow the prepared falooda to cool completely.
5. Refrigerate until properly chilled.
6. Pour into a serving glass and serve chilled.
7. For an extra-rich serving, add 1 scoop of vanilla or mixed-fruit ice cream, if desired.
