Sugar, Strawberry Powder, Milk Solids, Dairy Base Powder, Thickening Agents and Flavouring Substances.

The final ingredient declaration must always correspond with the actual formulation and approved product packaging.

If actual Strawberry Powder is not used and the strawberry profile is obtained through permitted flavouring substances, do not declare Strawberry Powder unless it is actually present.

Similarly, Milk Solids, Dairy Base Powder, Stabilizers, Thickening Agents, Permitted Food Colours and other additives should only be declared when present in the actual formulation.

How to Prepare – For 1 Serving

1. Take 3 tbsp (30 g) of Strawberry Lassi Premix.
2. Add 200 ml chilled water or buttermilk.
3. Blend well using a frother or blending machine until smooth, thick and creamy.
4. Add 3 ice cubes, if desired.
5. Pour into a serving glass and serve immediately.
